Dance! Shout! Productions is more than just your typical mobile DJ company with great music and a killer light show; they’re also known as fantastic entertainers with a great attitude. The small but dedicated team at Dance! Shout! works hard to ensure that each and every event they attend is a great success!
Dance! Shout! Productions was started in 2004 by Jason Cathcart with the vision of providing a higher level of service and attention to detail than he had seen in other DJ companies that he had worked for in the past. Now with hundreds of successful events and satisfied clients Dance! Shout! continues to strive to provide the best entertainment value available.
Jason got his start in the Event Planning and Entertainment Industry in 1995 working community events in his hometown of Irricana. By 1997 he had been picked up by the online radio pioneers at Genesis309 where he learnt about music theory and mixing techniques.
For over 15 years his unique programs of music, games, and dance have helped many event planners, hundreds of families, and companies like Bell Canada, Shell, Halliburton and Xerox make their events unforgettable, successful, and fun.
Jason has mastered the art of entertaining and has achieved amazing results for EVERY client he has performed for. Not only does he energize every party with non-stop dancing and fun, his attention to detail is evident in every performance. In 2010, Dance! Shout! continues to grow with the addition of a Jr. DJ, Ryan Taal, as well as an event coordinator, Jason’s wife Erin. Whether it be a wedding, corporate function, car show or birthday party these additions to the team help ensure that you will have a seamless, entertaining and memorable event.
